LOFTERS not LOAFERS

The demand for creative living space has been mushrooming silently in KL. The new property customers are just about ready to invest in their own work/living space. However, Malaysian developers have largely been ignorant of the new customer mindset. The Gen-Y (18 to 35 years old now) draws a fine line between work, live and play. When they start their own business, they don't look for an office space exactly. They want a work space. And they also want to shape their work space. As their hours are not really 9-to-5, they are at work (at least in their heads) continuously.
